Paula VanDyke is a Master's level clinician who graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree  in Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Family Therapy from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. I provide a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment in which I practice an insight-oriented, solution-focused approach to therapy. Together, we will set mutually-determined treatment objectives to help individuals, couples and families achieve life goals, heal emotional wounds, become "unstuck" and break free from unhealthy patterns.

I have worked with The Council on Alcohol and Drugs- Houston specializing in substance abuse and co-occurring mental disorders. I also work with Memorial-Hermann Prevention and Recovery assisting adolescents who are dealing with emotional, behavioral, mental health and substance abuse issues as well as working with the family to break unhealthy family patterns that can contribute to behavioral problems.  I am licensed as a Marriage and Family therapist and a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
